All That Jazz (1979) Set Question

Edit: I tried posting a still and it's no good so I'll just have to describe.

The black and white photo Joe has in his apartment. Of the director on set with a camera. Does anyone who or what this is from? I thought maybe it was Fellini but it may be too early for him. Perhaps Chaplin? This being Fosse, I didn't think anything was left incidentally. I put it through an AI image search and only came up with generic photos that are similar but not the same. Anyone with any leads?

Its a vintage photo of Charlie Chaplin directing one of his films. No info has surfaced regarding which film.
