For those of you who are referencing Les Mis, we have to remember that a mean girls musical would be the farthest thing from operatic, it will most likely be a pop score like Mamma Mia's, where I thought she did an excellent job.
Just for the record, I thought she was a beautiful Cossette.

She's a beautiful woman for sure, it's just her singing voice that leaves a lot to be desired. I thought she did a great job in MAMMA MIA! She was out of her,depth in LES MIS

I'd always heard that she was originally being considered for Cady and that Lindsay was being courted for Regina but later decided that she didn't want to risk tarnishing her image playing the queen bee, which is when Rachel McAdams was brought in and Amanda was offered the role of Karen.
