The Marquis, Nederlander and The Palace will all be available.
Hairspray and A Chorus Line probably won't make it through next season, so add the Neil Simon and Schoenfeld to the list. Possibly the Schubert, as well. Producers will close things to make room for their new shows.
Passing Strange might make it through the summer, but not much longer than that, with or without Tony Awards.
Same goes for Xanadu.
Godspell will play a small house--one that usually holds plays.
West Side Story will replace Gypsy
Disney will boot Little Mermaid or Mary Poppins before they open another show.

"Disney will boot Little Mermaid or Mary Poppins before they open another show."
Why would they do that when both of those shows are making very healthy profits at the moment?
I'm also convinced the Hilton will be available before the beginning of 2009.

I didn't know Legally Blonde was leaving? Hmm...
But I agree that the Hilton will be open by then- isn't it getting bad reviews?

When I went to Sunday in the Park with George, there was a discussion after the show with the actors and Daniel Evans mentioned something about Merrily We Roll Along being the next Sondheim to be revived on Broadway. I remember reading a rumor or something about that.
Is there any validity to that?

It's just rumored as of now.
It could end up doing what Sunday did, transfer from the West End to Broadway.

Wait, when did I miss this announcement about Anything Goes? I'd love to see that come to fruition!! Also, it's not Enchanted, it's EVER AFTER, that is rumored to begin it's out of town try-out this December.
PS: What ever happened to CHILDREN OF EDEN? Wasn't it slated to open this summer or something?

Children of Eden was announced a while ago with Scott Schwartz directing. But with Godspell opening, I can't see another Stephen Schwartz bible musical opening in the same year.
Also Children of Eden desperately needs a dramaturg (see thread on dramaturgy).
