I'm wondering how Marian Seldes is doing- I know she had surgery on her shoulder, and haven't seen alot of mentions since she received her honorary Tony and her receiving her replacemnt of the Tony she won in 1967 that was stolen. Anybody out there who's lucky to live in or around NYC know anything? She is a special favorite of mine.

When I see the phrase "the ____ estate", I imagine a vast mansion in the country full of monocled men and high-collared women receiving letters about productions across the country and doing spit-takes at whatever they contain.

Thanks to all who responded! I am hoping Marian is fully recuperated from her surgery and back on the stage soon. And I am so anxious to see her in the new movie "The Extra Man" when it finally comes to my little local movie house.
