I lust after Michael and John's voices. Michael's voice and looks could almost give one instant pleasure...

brunette - what do you mean "almost"? lol
I sing for myself. I sing when I want, whenever I want to, just for me. I sing for my own pleasure. Do you understand that?

Yeah, Michael's voice could bring anyone to their pleasure peak. I'll admit it!

..especially when you are sitting front row and he is nose to nose belting it out and bawling...

That's when you jump on stage and give him a big hug and tell him it'll be okay. And you take that hug to your advantage.

Dietcoke, if you're listening to the sampler and John's voice, I honestly don't believe that's a very good representation of what he can do. Those aren't his songs to shine in from the show.
Also, despite the pretty boy looks he actually is a good actor. Believe me, I had my doubts during You and I when he came onstage, but they were totally wiped away by the time the show was over.

Not that this is a shock but I think John has such a beautiful voice, even on the 11 song cd. But I agree with Trisky - the sampler is not a showcase for his abilities. I can't imagine anyone hearing John sing "Once Upon a Time" or "Bare" live and not being moved.

Still a little bit of you laced with my doubt. Still a little hard to say what's going on..." Damien Rice

the sampler doesn'r give John achance to show himself at all. It is a BAD way to judge him....

Exactly..."I know this world can find a place for us..."
Jeez, John gets me just as much as Michael sometimes, especially in "Once Upon a Time"

Once upon a time I first held your hand and love was not a crime. In a private world where you said don't look down but then I did, and now you're lost above me.

All this BARE music talk is driving me insane! I so want to go to NYC to see them in Bryant Park! I thought I talked myself out of it, but I was just on the Amtrak website to see when the first train leaves in the morning. SOMEONE STOP ME! Must focus on work...not BARE!

Wow, I managed to quiet the thread down...it's a gift!!
So while I would love to go see the cast of BARE in Bryant Park, it's not likely or reasonable for me to do so. So all of you that can go, have a FABULOUS time & be sure to share
