My first time going and the appeal escapes me unless you are a masochist. I’ll never go back. Hot, crowded and smelly. I glad I was there right at 10 and got in and out. Tons of absolute garbage and people clamoring for it like rats at a feed bar. The Curtain Call table had about 150 of it at 10am and when they opened those people bum rushed the table and almost knocked it over. Savages.
I did manage to get a few things before it got insane.
Glenn Close Sunset button $1
Angels In America new CD audiobook $2 (I think the lady gave me the wrong price)

Saw tons of crap. Very little things of value. Some theatre fans are among the most terrifying people I’ll ever meet. Some are just rude, obsessed, shrill and tragic.
I got out early. I’d never go back.
