...other than that, I'm going to have to agree with For Good.
I'm not sure if it's a goodbye song, but "I guess I'll miss the man" from pippin is nice.
What about "Y'all Got it?" from the Wiz?

Can you imagine hearing this at the closing performance of THE BOY FROM OZ? It wasn't just the show's eleven o'clock number ( which drew regular pre-finale standing ovations during the run) but it changed character on that last day - it changed to one of Hugh Jackman saying goodbye to Broadway ( hopefully, not forever). But it was very poignant at that moment and brought a wave of such sadness at the Imperial!
