I just don't want to be standing at the hotel for too long, also me and my roommate want to hit the gym after the picnic, so maybe a couple of hours or three. I should leave by 4-5pm.

Muscle, read your above post. (The 2pm to 3pm one) it just reads like the picnic is one hour. That's why I asked the start and ending time. I am at a place where I cannot access Facebook.

Lighten up peeps....I think what he meant was that for one hour we would hang around the front of the hotel and then after that head into the park......people thought the entire picnic was at the hotel.

I have the full schedule here:

1pm - 1:25pm - Hemming & hawing. Will I go? Will I stay home?
1:25 - 1:35pm - last-minute bathroom break
1:35 - 1:55pm - surf BWW to see who else is really going.
1:55 - 2:30pm - arrive at the hotel.
2:30 - 2:55pm - preliminary bitch session & introductory apologies for things that were said online, hiding behind screen names and avs.
3pm - muscle tells everyone to get the hell out and head for the park
3:15pm - 4pm - gossip session about everyone on BWW who didn't show up to the picnic.
4pm - muscle leaves for gym.
4:05pm - 4:20pm - everyone gossips about muscle
4:25pm - Jordan shows up dizzy after his colonic.
4:30 - 5pm - second bitch session
5:05pm - everyone races home to check BWW to see what others are saying about them.
