I think it will be interesting to see how many times Bailey can be type cast in "blonde" roles.....so far we have Elle, and Sharpay in HSM (Papermill)

That poor girl's career is going to be constant type casting because of Legally Blonde on MTV.....

Although I can't see her as Glinda, I did see her in LB an think she can have a rather successful career in theater...

I don't think it is solely type casting (though it is as well). Performers have a type and they get cast most often in their type.

Kristin Chenoweth is usually cast as spunky blonde characters...

Maybe Orfeh could play Glinda's mom in the Wicked movie?

I do agree with you there....although Kristin Chenoweth probably does have a LITTLE more versatility and talent than Bailey haha....

I only want to see Bailey as Glinda if Kate Shindle is her Elphaba.

I would rather see Lauren Zakrin as Glinda-she actually has a great soprano head voice in addition to being a great belter.
