After watching Broadway's Lost Treasures, I'm more interested in knowing how the hell Barbara Harris managed that costume/makeup change in "Movie Star/Gorgeous".

If your talking about the Apple tree, It's a body double the (2nd?) time she's watching TV. All the dirt on her arms are a body suit (like Elphabas). They switch places at one point and when the TV is talking to her, the person on stage is the double. Then they switch places after the big smoke and light effect are done.
