Orfeh without question. She looked AMAZING. The dress was fantastic, and she just looked completely radiant in it.

I think Idina looked absolutely gorgeous. Also liked Felicity Huffman and Vanessa Williams. Bebe needed to comb her hair and get rid of those damn bangs, but I didn't mind her dress.

Christine Ebersole looked radiant. William Ivey Long should design dresses for awards and so forth more often.
Angela Lansubry looked great. I wish she had won. That leads me to another person- Julie White, the winner of Actress in a Play, looked wonderful too.

djp-she looked radiant. "It's her, the girl, the darling of the day!"

Also think Audra looked good as did Jane Krakowski.

Bad-Marcia Gay Harden and Donna's makeup. (Dress was fine.)

Did anyone else think that Idina needed to eat a hamburger or something? She looked really boney and skinny to me. I don't remember he being so twiggy.

Queen Angela of Lansbury looked wonderful, in both outfits I saw her in. As did Queen Vanessa of Redgrave.

I don't really enjoy metallic dresses, so Swoosie Kurtz and Jane Krakowski were not winners for me, but surprisingly I did love Anika Noni Rose.

Daundra McMurphy both looked phenomenally beautiful. :3

After an entire season of 'Ugly Betty', it was VERY odd to see Vanessa Williams in something that wasn't white, gold, or related. O_o

I thought Mark Indelicato and Michael Arden were a tad overdressed.

I actually thought Claire Danes looked nice for once. O_O I'm still not sure about Christine Ebersole; there's something about the way she had her hair that bothered me, although the dress itself was fine.

Orfeh looked nice too! I usually find her look a little overdone - it's lips *or* eyes, sweetie, not both - but she was spot on last night.

Ohhh, and Mrs. Gavin Lee! Beautiful! :3

Laura Bell Bundy looked the best of everyone. She looked so hot, and just, wow, really gorgeous.

Worst dressed? Not sure.

Best Dressed:

Lea Michele, but when does she ever not look perfect?

Audra McDonald. I loved both of her dresses, although I was a little confused as to why she needed a costume change from the red carpet to the show... whatever. She's Audra. Also, after seeing her arms, I am pretty sure that she could, theoretically, break me in half.

Anika Noni Rose and Swoosie Kurtz were working the sequined/metallic dress thing. I didn't like Jane Krakowski's much at all, but these two ladies got it.

Orfeh looked FANTASTIC, although with Andy Karl as an accessory, she could wear a paper bag and I'd still applaud her.

Idina Menzel looked stunning last night. There really isn't much else to say. It was very classic but it worked for her.

Vanessa Williams! She's Wilhelmina Slater, so I guess she has to look good, but still. Very Greek Goddess.

Worst Dressed:

Bebe Neuwirth's dress would have been great on someone else, but sweet Jesus, when you wear white, it's usually a good idea to pick a shade of white that's NOT darker than your own skintone. I have no problem with pale skin, it's much more attractive than the onslaught of orange seen on most red carpets, but if you choose to wear white, then for the love of God woman, get thee to a MysticTannery.

Charlotte D'Amboise? Sequins that barely cover your breasts? That was your best option? ...Really?

Laura Bell Bundy looked like she decided to hit up the Tonys as a detour on the way to an 80s prom costume party. And not in a fun way.

I quite liked Laura Bell Bundy's outfit.

I second, third, fourth, etc ANY criticism of Charlotte d'Amboise's pick. I don't think I'm out of line here when I say that it was just downright horrible. XP

Ohhhhh, and does Taye Diggs ever look anything less than stunning? *swoons*

I thought so many females looked fabulous... I loved Christine and Lae's gowns, Idina Menzel looked gorgeous, ahh... the list goes on and on...

Marcia Gaye Harden... AWFUL! AWFUL! AWFUL! I saw a red carpet picture with her and some guy (I think it was her hubby) and I thought... WHY ON EARTH WOULD YOU LET HER WALK OUTSIDE DRESSED LIKE THAT?!?!?! It was simply way way way too much.

Laura Bland Bundy looked as bland as usual.
Jane Krakowski, Vanessa Williams, Donna Murphy, Bernadette Peters, Audra McDonald, those ladies truly knew how to work it.

Christine Ebersole's hair was messed from when she changed into the costume. (the "revolutionary costume for today")
Still say it looked fine. (Patti's was bad if you ask me.)

What in the world ever happened to full length mirrors and decent underwear?Where are the duo from "What Not to Wear" when you need them(let's get "the girls" up wear they should be!!)? Ladies, if you wear a size 14, DO NOT stuff youself into a size 8- you resemble nothing so much as the Michelin Man! Honestly, some women looked like they were wearing mulitiple inner tubes around their midsections and it was not a pretty sight! That being said, Audra looked lovely, as usual as did Christine Ebersole and Anika Noni Rose. Gentlemen, a dinner jacket or tuxedo is easy to come by in mid-town Manhattan and a shawl collared jacket is universally flattering. If a man can't bother to splurge on an honest-to- God "dress up" oufit for the TONYs, then perhaps he should rethink his attendance....
