Don't forget the GoodFeather's version of West Side Story, in which one of the Pigeons falls for Maria, a sparrow. The Pigeons and Sparrow have a rumble over the rights to roost on the head of the statue of Martin Scorcese in Central Park.
Sung to the tune of "America" from WSS:
WE WANT TO ROOST ON SCOCESE'S HEAD
WHY CAN'T WE ROOST ON SCORCESE'S HEAD?
Speaking of WEST SIDE STORY -- remember the parody on IN LIVING COLOR --
EAST SIDE STORY, about a black girl who falls for a Orthodox Hassid?
"When you're a jew, you're a jew all the way
From your first bargain sale to your Bar Mitzvah Day?"
Ah, but in the Fiddler one, they took Scorcese down and replaced it with a statue of:
"Regis Philbin, Regis Philbin
Ought he be with Kathy Lee, Regis Philbin
We will not perch on that big goof."
In the GoodFeathers spoof, the Maria bird was actually named Carloota. Don't ask me how I remember that...
And then there was the "Simpsons" where the shyster salesman convinced Springfiend to build a Monorail...in song!
"Monorail! Monorail! Monorail!
*Marge*: But Main Street's still all cracked and broken!
*Bart*: Sorry, Mom, the mob has spoken!
Monorail! Monorail! Monoraaaaaaaaaaaaail! Monorail!
*Homer, a beat after the end*: Mono--D'oh!"
You Seinfelders forgot "Scarsdale Surprise" - it even won the Tony! Would have been huge if Raquel Welch had only swung her arms when she danced...
And then there's the musical (I forget the name off-hand) from Primetime Glick (on Comedy Central) featuring the song "Hooty-Pooty To You Too":
"Hooty pooty tootie
Hooty pooty you
Hooty pooty pooty
Hooty pooty to you too."
Or "Yetta's Letters" from The Nanny.
How about Elian!, the Elian Gonzalez musical from Saturday Night Live, featuring none other than Ana Gasteyer, now in the Chicago Wicked, as Elian's mother?
Oh, how could I forget the Golden Girls version of "Henny Penny" with George Hearn as a very Sweeney-like Foxy-Loxy?!
The Gold Dust Twins from the Dick Van Dyke show -
Remember Laura's audition?
Tour jete, tour jete, tour jete, aaaaanddd - sell it with a look!
Or the Simpsons spoof of Evita!
with the kids chanting:
"poor lisa,
poor lisa,
poor lisa!"

I'm so glad people remember the Animaniacs musicals. I loved Les Miseranimals but I couldn't get the lyrics for "Can you hear the poodles bark" out of my head.
I found a transcript on line. The link's below.
Script of Les Miseranimals
what was the other one from SNL? i think it was called "Woo! The Musical" all about spring break, lol

So funny, guys! I have a terrible memory for those sorts of things, but it all comes back to me when you all mention them. :)
