The Sound Inside :)
i also recommend the sound inside! betrayal is skippable imo
I will third The Sound Inside! Incredibly unique. Mary Louise Parker gives a stunning, impressive performance. Not the type of play you often get to see on Broadway.
Linda Vista is also very good, but the lead makes a decision in act 2 that made it incredibly hard for me to root for him and affected my overall enjoyment of the piece. Worth seeing, but between the two I'd have to go for The Sound Inside.
I know that I am in the minority here but I would recommend BETRAYAL. I appreciate Pinter, and I know many people don't, but this is probably his most accessible work and the production is darn near perfect. And watching Tom Hiddleston is no obstacle, of course, as he is very good and has a wonderful voice.

I actually think all three are fantastic.
I'd say Betrayal is very intellectual. It's a classic text that's extremely subtle and nuanced. It demands the most rapt attention from its audience of the three, but the star power and great performances of the three leads helps with that.
The Sound Inside, I think, is the best play of the three. It's very tight, fascinating, and suspenseful start to finish.
Linda Vista is signature Letts' dialogue. I actually think Letts is indicting his protagonist throughout the script, but many audiences find him so repugnant, they can't stomach the 2.5 hour runtime with him at the center. I quite enjoyed it though. I do feel like the extremely graphic nude sex scenes are something to be aware of before you choose it though.
Kudos to you for wanting to see a non-musical!
All three are supposed to be pretty good...I am familiar only with Betrayal (not this production). I have always liked it, but it's very intimate so if you can't get seats relatively up close I wouldn't bother. It's not the kind of play you'd want to see from the back of the balcony.
I’ve only seen Betrayal of the three. I thought it was well-written and expertly acted, but maybe not as groundbreaking or profound as I expected. It’s most notable for the background chronology. I’m not sorry I saw it, but...
I am really hoping I can make it back to see The Sound Inside so I’d vote for that. It’s received almost unanimous positive reviews on these boards which is pretty rare.
I had considered Linda Vista, but descriptions and mixed reactions made me decide not to give it a slot on my recent trip or if I’m lucky enough to return before the end of the year.
Any of them except Linda Vista, I walked out at intermission (was on the aisle so could have walked out earlier but in respect to the actors, I waited).

The Sound Inside is a great evening in the theatre. I am still thinking about it (and Slave Play) weeks afternoon seeing it. Betrayal is entertaining, it pretty trivial IMO. Haven’t seen Linda Vista.
The Sound Inside for sure. One of the best plays I have seen in years.
