"Grease," the fourth revival of the season, is the worst show in the history of theater and represents an unparalleled assault on Western civilization and its values. - Michael Reidel

re: Biggest miscast

Wow that is an insult! Yeah I really never understood why he was even considered as an emcee. The biggest things I remember are an odd "I Don't Care Much" and the creepy fish faces he made during "Willkommen". Oh well, it's my favorite show no matter what :)

re: Biggest miscast

They did WHAT? Thank God I didn't see that. I actually thought he gave I Don't Care Much an interesting twist.... but he was horrible. I can't understand that casting decision, try as I might.

WHOA THERE SPARKY!

Carolee in ANYTHING equals PURE BRILLIANCE. She can play the ice cube in my glass and she'd still steal the show!!!!!!!!

I'm sorry, Carolee's my soft spot. She's my Idina. What can I say?

That's right! Anyone up for discussing Carolee's nose hairs?

re: Biggest miscast

The biggest miscast in the history of musical theatre has got to be Barbra Streisand as Fanny Brice in 'Funny Girl'

There are some people in the world who say that writing stories, or composing music or dancing sparkly dances is easy for them. Nothing interferes with their ability to create. While I celebrate their creative freedom, a little part of me just wants to punch those motherf*ckers in the teeth...[tos]

re: Biggest miscast

SticktoPriest, are you being serious?

#44

re: Biggest miscast

yes! remember this: if I sound mean and angry then I'm joking. If I sound normal(fill in your joke) than I am serious.
#45

re: Biggest miscast

What joke am I filling in?
#46

re: Biggest miscast

refering to myself as normal would easily call for someone on this board joke about.
#47

re: Biggest miscast

Don't flatter yourself J, no one here would take the time to come up with a joke about you...

read some past messages then try and say that.

re: Biggest miscast

But no one had to 'come up' with those jokes/insults...they are just so obvious that it's as if they appear themselves.
