Hi, I've been reading this site since it started and decided to post my own comments. In my opinion, Billy Elliot the musical is outstanding and the whole cast should be congratulated for their obvious effort which they have put into the show. I have seen the show a few times now and it amazes me how each time i come out of the theatre enjoying the show even more than i did the previous time. I love the way the audience can relate to the story and the dance scenes are spectacular. Each boy that plays 'Billy' puts their own individual style on the character and they are all very talented. I can't wait until i go up again on dec 1st as i know it will be another fantastic evening! :)

Hi! Thanks! I've managed to see all 3 of the original 'Billies'. Including James' last performance which was the best so far and very moving for the whole audience.

Hi, ive managed to see george twice and leon once. i really wanted to see james but life aint fair lol! Its great to hear you got to see james last performance! (well thats wat it was called now that he has returned for a few days!)

Matinee today

James is I believe performing again next week Thursday (not sure which show) and Saturday matinee so try and get to see him then. Today's matinee was a very compact and professional performance from James. It was like he had never been away except he has grown in the last six weeks (the script had to refer to Billy as a thirteen year old) and his voice is deeper. Nice words of praise also for him at the curtain by Tim (Dad). It was also good to meet James and his family today. It is obvious to see why he is such a level headed and grounded young man who will surely go places in the performing business.Stephen D and Elton must be very proud of James as well.

Hey, well its glad to hear another great review of james performance! I think its good that they have changed the script as i think him being 11 is just unbelievable lol. Well i hope james carries on a fantastic run of performances and just enjoys every moment!
I know that a few others were going to see the the show this afternoon so im looking forward to what they have got to say as well. Glad you enjoyed it Alan!

I've not written on here 4 bit. Bt has any1 seen james perform 2day?I never got 2 c james and i wuld of loved 2 have seen him.
Change of subject has any1 pre ordered the cast recording cd beacuse i was going to bt then my computer crashed and i lost the site cn any1 help where i cn pr order the cd?

Hi! Just came back from the show.. well, of course after my supper too! THOROUGHLY enjoyed the show! God bless James!
And for ur info M.F., in this board, LOADS n TONS of ppl post their pictures of shows n actors offstage AND onstage! And if you don't feel like seeing illegal pictures, well... TOUGH! maybe just scroll down the board ignoring them (just like how others ignore your comments and messages!)

ruthie fan u simply can NOT excuse takin pic INSIDE the theater,just cos others may av done it doesnt make it ok u know. it is downright rude to the actors an ur fellow audience members.by all means take ur pics at the stage door,we can c how much james enjoys that lol,but it is WRONG to take pics of cast on stage.THAT NO ONE WHO KNOWS ANYTHIN BOUT THE THEATER CAN DENY

Well at least thats something!!! Out of my 3 visits i have only been able to go to the stage door once, and the only person that i could speak to was geroge (which i was quite pleased about lol) but he was in a rush so i didnt really get to talk to him properly

George Maguire has to be the hottest of an exceptionally hot bunch; His singing and acting are terrific, but even those are like a single candle compared to the blazing bushfire that is his dancing. I defy anyone to say that they could put him out of their mind for a week after watching the show.
