I saw the show for the fifth time. I saw james twice, liam once, leon once, and george once. I sat in stall area, the most front seat, near the aisle. James voice is now very deep compared to his july performance. His singing voice is very good (hope he will be just like aled jones). He was really crying when he sang dear billy/dear mommy. I was really impressed that he didn't forget the moves yet. It s just like somebody dead coming back to life again. It is just unbelievable. I wish Liam to come back, but that means the talented performer has to step down - (not very happy about that part). The first time I saw him, I was in the back seat in the grand circle. I noticed at "Expressing yourself", the voice of James and Brad are very different (low and high). His angry dance is the best I've ever saw. The electricity was great and I love his backflips (I prefer Liam's and Leon's version though - longer than james' and george's). Wish I will see him dancing again when I see George's last night. My comment about the other cast: Brooke Bailey: Good memory! Can remember where I sat in the show Brad: Still funny and feminine Chris lennon (understudy of joe): needs stronger voice, and also need to be fatter Tim Healy: Perfect! At the end he mentioned that the Billy is one of the original billy that just left the show 6 weeks ago Gillian (understudy of haydn): I think she started to copy haydn. I missed haydn soooo much. Needs to see her again and get her signature. Have seen gillian for 3 times, while haydn only twice. Hiks...
James' Mum said thank you for coming to the show. She's awfully nice.
Well that's all I can say to you.

well, it was special night and I wonder I won't get this kind of things again for a long time. It is sad when the show is finished. Tomorrow, I'll experience the same thing in mary poppins, and also 3rd december

OK, sorry, but I decided to type it up before I sleep... and it's 3am now... The show was pretty good. There was ALOT of understudy. Gillian Kirkpatrick was on as Mrs. Wilkinson Chris Lennon as Tony and an understudy was on as Mr. B. Well, the main one I was there for was James, so here it is: James (Billy): James' VERY tall! He is looks FAB onstage! I am REALLY glad that he still remembers all of his lines, gestures, movements... everything. His singing wasn't good, his voice is breaking, I could understand and I have already expected it. But what I did not expect was that his acting was so good that it nearly covered up how his voice was! I mean, his emotions... WOW! Even though I did not like his deep voice during 'The Letter' and 'The Reply', his acting was SO convinving that I totally forgot about it and cried! And his 'Angry Dance' is the angriest amongst I have seen and confidently the best I have seen so far. Also, James reminds me of the Billy in the movie, more of a hardcore rebel than a sweetheart like Liam or Leon. Throughout the performance, though I can see James' hands shakin at times, he totally controlled it. I could see he THOROUGHLY enjoyed being back onstage, like his smiles back to Issac during 'The Swan Lake'. I felt really pleased that I have seen him and I would give me a 9/10! Brad (Michael): He was VERY good and he is different to Joey and Ryan. But he still oved him! They are ALL so good! Gillian (Mrs. Wilkinson): She was good as usual or last time. Tim Healy (Dad): Perfection! As I said before, NEVER fail to mpress me! Chris Lennon (Tony): Good but not GREAT in my opinion, Joe in my heart will always be Tony. Sorry Chris. Alex Delemare (Mr. B): He was definitely not as funny as Steve. He was only fine. I was REALLY impressed with the whole show as a whole. But was abit annoyed as the orchestra were quite noisy at times, mostly the guitarist (I am sitting on the front row). But overall, was GREAT fun! It was REALLY nice that Tim introduced and informed the audiences about the illness of Liam and the last-minute cast change of James! It was really sweet and touching to me! I then ran to the stagedoor and waited. Leon and Joey came out and were once again surrounded by girls. Then James came out and I went up to him for an autograph and picture. He knew that between me and another friend are posters on BWW board! And he said,'he's called ruthie sth sth...' and I said,'yes, that'z me!' I was REAL glad that he knows my existance! And his mum thanked us both for coming here to support! She told us that she hurried from Sheffield to come down to see James and only caught the last 10 mins. I told her,'well, you got the best bits!! hehe'. They were REAL sweet and nice people and I feel REALLY honoured to have met them in person! May God bless them, esp when James leaves the show (once again). Then I went to Tim and got his autograph and picture. And then I got Chris' autograph, I told him that I thought he was really good and good luck for the rest of the week. He then told me that he is to take over Joe. Apparently Joe gave permission for him to take over. I thought it's great news, it's better to have someone old and experienced than new. Then we left. It was a GREAT night out and now I REALLY want to see the show with James again! Therefore I will queue for day tickets again tomorrow!

wow thanks ruthiefan_felix for the great pictures, that pose James does is my new favourite pic of him!! You are so lucky to be able to go again today. Does anyone know if he's going to be on next Friday because i'm going with friends and was hoping it was George but James would be perfect too! I hope Travis is a steetdancer type because even though everyone says how Leon and Liam are technically better dancers than James and George, I really prefer more modern dancing and really think it would be a shame not to have someone with this kind of talent in the show.
Now, this is getting more bizarre for me? So, it is not just only me who was spotted by the Lomas... So sorry about the photograph! I can't take the date off. I am going to watch mary poppins today (Cast Change ) I hope to see James again at the stage door just before I go to Prince Edward.

Now there is dedication for you Be Inspired and RuthieFan.Do not fall asleep in the performance!!I took one look at the queue at 10am and thought 'no chance' so I went off to a ticket booth in Leicester Square which guarantees tickets for all sell out performances and lo Grand Circle Row C. Not the best but at least I will be there to see the brilliant James again.I will be in the pub around 1.30 in case anyone wants to pop in and say hello and have a drink.(black shirt-Daily Mail-glasses an ideal disguise for lurking at stage doors MF!!(lol). In case anyone wants to try the ticket booth in the future it is the one next to Budgeons on the corner of the square by the Thistle Hotel. There is a mark up on the ticket but its worth a try if you are stuck. Their telephone number is 0207 807 9998. They had a ticket for tonight as well. My ticket for December 3rd has come through as well and I recommend Seetickets they are very efficient with their communication and despatch etc.
Does it not seem slightly intemperate to see the show more than once for each performer? True, it is a practically perfect show, but isn't it better to relive it with your mind rather than you wallet?
