Wondering how likely it is the Book of Mormon will go back out on tour with its new book. I think I remember reading they were planning on closing the Jumansoi tour pre pandemic anyways to send it back out a tour on a seta contract or a non-equity contract that would’ve began fall 2020. But I haven’t seen anything about it since. I think this show can still tour well and sell out crowds, but maybe I’m wrong.

The original plan after the last tour closed was to scale it down a bit and have it as a SETA tour. Maybe for 2022-23?

A Chorus Line revival played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.

Yes, it’s going out non-union.

Has anyone seen the non-equity tour? Any thoughts? It's coming through Detroit soon and I have tickets This won't be my first time seeing BOM, and am curious how it stacks up against the last couple times it came through.
