I too heard from a reliable source that Charlotte Maltby will play Cosette. She's incredible!
Me three on the Charlotte Maltby rumor. This school year, she has been in New York far more frequently then Ann Arbor. She's a very, very talented young lady and deserves whatever acclaim she gets, wherever that is!

Were you really "balling" in your seat? Hope he was a cutie.

Theyre still on the hunt for an Enjolras.
Charlotte Maltby was an excellent Fantine at the Muny. If she's Cosette, I think she'll do very well.

Gstrus - I've heard Alice will be Madame Thenardier. She's growing her hair down to her hips so she can tie it up on top of her head!
i can't wait to hear caissie sing I dreamed a dream!
I love Ramin but I was hoping Alfie Boe would at least open for a short stint like 3 months or so...
At least Ramin can act compared to Alfie, though some would argue Ramin doesn't act the part well. Guess we'll see.
I'm so excited for this. Love Ramin can't wait!

I'm excited so see Ms. Maltby as Cosette. I haven't heard her myself, but a friend of mine was in Les MIs with her at the MUNY and said she's remarkable.

Will this be a new staging, new design, or it will it be same old, same old?
25th anniversary tour staging.
You know: no rotate, lots of fire, humping during Master of the House, Eponine has fingerless gloves.
The humping during Master of the House was interesting.
I am hoping they revamp the lighting design to include actual lighting, other than that provided by torch.
I thought this was going to be the Toronto staging, not the tour?
The Toronto staging is pretty much the same as the tour. It's kind of the new "replica." The most recent major production in Spain was the same way, as will be the upcoming Australian production.

"humping during Master of the House"
Teehee...I actually found that bit funny.
I thought for sure they'd give Valjean to Alfie Boe, who was a big hit in the 25th concert. Wonder why they didn't...
Alice Ripley mentions in this article that Madame Thénardier is a "dream role."

Well, I better postpone my visit to the show and wait Karimloo's depart.
I'm wondering if Valjean and Javert will have the 7-show schedule like they did on the tour.

I would assume Valjean will, at the very least. Karimloo has had alternates for both of his previous runs as Valjean (London and Toronto) as well as in Love Never Dies.

CamMack pretty much has a permanent hard on for Ramin.

Or you might plan your visit on Ramin's off days. I think he has scheduled off days when his alternate will be on. Such is the case for his West End run, and the current Toronto run too.
