At Shrek, they sold posters for sixty dollars and playbills for twenty.
At Wicked, they had signed pictures of Alli and Nicole for twenty-five, a Wicked apron for like fifty and signed posters for like sixty I believe.
Guys and Dolls didn't do one tonight when I was there.

South Pacific, I believe was doing it. I didn't see the show, but was there picking up tickets. Irena's Vow and Happiness, both of which I saw today, are still in previews so they didn't have anything.

How long does BCEFA last? I'll be there next week...I'd kind of like to see what everyone's offering!

I don't know EXACTLY how long, but I'm thinking approx. a month or so? This run ends with the Easter Bonnet performance. (Although I have a sneaking suspicion I TOTALLY called it by the wrong name!)
If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it?

BCEFA lasts until around the last week in April when they have their big Easter Bonnet presentation/performance...
Glad to see that they are starting up...
Flaemmchen - did August have signed posters?

South Pacific had signed posters, playbills, and sailor hats. Don't know how much the posters or playbills were, but the hats were $20.

At the BCEFA flea market, posters were 100 and playbills were somewhere around 40. I hope that they are selling posters for a little less since Kelli has now left the show temporarily and probably hasn't signed the posters...

Have more shows started to participate? Is Blithe Spirit or 33 Variations selling anything?

Anyone have any new info? Any chance WSS might participate and possibly sell windowcards before the fundrasing is over for the Spring? Shows have begun particpating mid-drive in years past. It's a big cast and I'd love a fully signed windowcard.

33 Variations had stuff on Wednesday. I don't remember prices, but it was signed copies of the playbill, poster, CD of the pianist playing the Variations, with the top item being a personalized copy of Jane's book - it was like $150 or so.

Yesterday (Sat.), Wicked was selling a bunch of stuff including signed Windowcards for $100. Chicago's signed windowcards are only $40. Billy Elliot and In the Heights signed cards were each $100. Little Mermaid's signed poster was $75. Shrek's signed windowcard was $40. Ave Q did not have signed cards yet but you could have your pix taken with one of those little bear puppets. Hope that helps!

Was at WSS on 3/20 and August 3/21 and Altar Boyz on 3/22:
NONE of them sold anything for BC/EFA....my students were disappointed. Note: The Altar Boyz agreed to a talk back session with us in exchange for a donation. (We do this each visit)
I could understand August not collecting since they had another show to do and I could see collecting taking a good half an hour of much needed time away from them.

I saw Blithe Spirit last night. A curtain call speech was made, but no items were sold, just the volunteers at the exits with buckets.

Blithe Spirit has signed posters for $100. They sold all of their posters that they signed last week and they just ran out yesterday afternoon. They are working on signing more of them for this upcoming week's performances. I'm guessing they didn't do quite as many at first. I know that last spring Little Mermaid started off by signing 1000 posters and then signed more as needed.

I was at Rock of ages last night and they weren't selling anything. I was also at Hair on the 14th and they weren't selling anything either.
Are these shows going to start selling stuff?
