Broadway Cast of Rock of Ages

Has anyone heard any rumors or anything about the cast of Rock of Ages? All I know is they have to be getting a new Stacey Jax(sp?), there was a casting notice a few weeks ago for all the roles, they're so comfortable with everything that they bumped up the opening or preview dates, and there are discount codes galore.

Now this is going to be a really un detailed post, so sorry. I know nothing of the show... but they are getting one of the men from Full House and a Constantine is in it.

Nah..I bet it's Dave Coulier to play the Club Owner role. Stamos and Saget both have tv shows right now and don't seem like they would do this type of show, nor fit any roles really.

ER is ending this year though I don't think filming will be wrapped by March.

I got my info from a person who tried out, made it to the final call back, and lost to a guy from Full House, he was telling me about his audition and said "the guy who got the role is from Full House". I had no need to know his name, so I didn't ask. But, the person I know who auditioned still may be an understudy.

I promise you all, a person from Full House will be in this show.

It's gotta be Dave Couliere as Dennis. Let;s just hope that he doesn't do the stupid woodchuck voice, Popeye, or "Cut - It - Out"

I find it interesting that Constantine had recently posted a picture of John Stamos on his facebook for what appeared to be no reason at all. I wonder if Stamos is going to be Stacee Jaxx.

I liked Adam Dannheisser as Dennis. I hope he is returning.

I think wishing is correct. There was discussion on another board about about Johns Stamos having something to do with the show, but at the time no one knew he had auditioned for the show.

Okay, after that last post I had to say something in this thread, just for giggles...

For those who have seen the show...(with apologies to Paul Schoeffler, who I definitely want to see reprise his role)...

maybe they cast Bob Saget as Hertz Kleinemann?

I am not usually one to make a decision about a show based on who is in it.....especiallly NOT to see one.

BUT....Bob Saget in ANY thing would keep me away. So would Dave Coulier (sp?) And while I'm not a huge fan of Stamos, that wouldnt bother me.
