Taffy, thanks for the SeatGeek code, worked like a charm for Illinoise. (Just when I thought I was "done" for the season!)

They need to keep this code until the show closes.

Maximum Seat Geek discount with the code seems to be $25 which in most cases is less than the fees so you're better off going to the box office if that's an option.

They don't usually have any discounts. I only know of the lottery and I believe they also have standing room, but that's all I can think of

Have I missed it or are there any discounts yet for?

My fees were 12 bucks, my discount was 24 and change, so this was definitely better than going to the box office.

I haven’t seen one anywhere yet which is kind of surprising. I even signed up for their email list in the hopes they would send something out but nothing. Audience rewards had some tickets but they didn’t include the Thursday matinee which I thought was weird unless they are banking on school groups 🤷♀️

Do the telecharge offers also work at the boxoffice? There is no Code for them.

Discounts good Tues-Thurs only, including Wed matinee, through May 23. The discounts range from seventy-five cents (!) up to around $40. Looking at a few random dates it seems that the steepest discounts appear to be mostly for far left and far right seats, orch and mezz.
And for those that might be unaware, the tickets for Tommy are available on BroadwayDirect.com.

I’m just kind of shocked because I keep looking at the great Gatsby and there are so many seats available. It’s in such a big theater and the prices are very high yet there are no discounts… What am I missing about the show?

They just announced casting and a theatre so I doubt we will see one for quite some time. (And with that cast, I would be surprised if we got even a very limited one)

You're missing that every preview that has happened has been sold out when the curtain rose. Advance sales are bad for every show this season, but this show has over $5 million in advance sales already, which in prior years would be bad, but in terms of the state of this season's finances, this is great news for them. They're filling the theater, and even if all of the tickets were discounted (they're not), since it's a huge theater, they can break even with an 85% capacity with a low average ticket price of $85, which I don't see happening for a long time, given the tickets at TKTS are almost all above $100.
