Good to see the Tony noms and reviews helping A Doll's House, Part 2.
Great Comet is getting so close to selling out totally, I wonder if it'll finally get there before the Tonys.

I'd imagine the $$$ change has more to do with comped tony voters than anything else.
On a side note - where is War Paint's sustained growth coming from? With no nom for best new musical, im surprised. Do we think thats just from the noms for the leading ladies alone?

Doll's House Part 2 grosses continue to climb despite only doing seven performances this week!

I think it's proof that Patti starring in a new musical sells tickets, something that some doubted when it announced the transfer. Of course, Ebersole's name also helps.

I think War Paint is also appealing to women with the subject matter. Makes for a great girls night out.

This is absolutely a contributing factor.

I swear seeing Hamilton's gross each week takes my breath away... Who would have ever though 3 mil a week would become the new norm for a show.

They're two divas in their prime.
I'm surprised by Bandstand's growth. It's not a horrible show or anything, but wonder if they've tapped into that market that has made A Bronx Tale so successful?

It was always going to do well, regardless of its critical acclaim. It's absolutely beloved and a childhood hallmark for people born between 1985 and 2000.

Going to be curious to see what effect this coming weekend has for Kinky Boots's entire weekly gross, what with Brendon Urie joining the show and all. (Is it also just me or is a Friday a weird day to start?)

I have to say I am thrilled for Bandstand! Hope they get to do a Tony performance and really have their number take off over the summer. The growth they are showing so far is great though!

Good in that it's an upward trend? Other than that they aren't doing well. Bandstand's days are numbered.
the League just tweeted out a revised grosses link but it doesn't say which figures have been revised...

Its awesome too to see Sunset Boulevard at about 1.2 million per week with only 7 performances. Here's hoping they recoup their investment... would be a nice way for them to finish their run.
Have to admit I'm surprised Miss Saigon hasn't been above the million mark.
