Anyone know if Roundabout is putting these on sale tomorrow for the first preview like they usually do?
If they are selling them, what time do they go on sale? The night the PAL JOEY tickets went up for $10, I waited up 'til midnight and they didn't show up and I missed buying them.
Do they go on sale at midnight? Or is there a designated time that they start selling the $10 at?
They've been really weird with the timing. I've gotten them at midnight and other times it wasn't until mid-morning that they went on sale. I would check at midnight and then again at 9-10AM.
EDIT- Just realized that telecharge is handling the ticketing, so we might have to go through broadwayoffers with the code to get the right pricing.

thread on ATC says that they're only being sold in person at the box office...
ATC link
Wait, wait, wait...so all of the seats for the first preview are ten bucks? I find it very hard to believe they would do that for a show for which the regularly priced cheapest tickets are like $90.
And they go on sale at the box office in August? Or tomorrow? I'm confused...
I'm running out in a few and may give Roundabout a call later because this is very confusing. But if someone else wants to give them a ring and ask, be my guest.

There's definitely something going on with them, (by 'them' I mean the seats for the entire first preview), because you can't pull up Sept. 10th at all as a pre-sale date choice, Telecharge only lists from Sept. 11th and on.
From reading the thread on ATC I gather that the entire house for the first preview will be $10, but the tickets will only be available at the box office, which doesn't open until August 14th.
No, its not the entire house for $10 ... its a handful of seats in the rear mezz .. usually last 2 rows or so. Figure maybe 30 seats at most for $10.
Well, that's how it's been in the past but apparently it's different this year because it's their first show in the Henry Miller and their first show they are selling through Telecharge.

Too bad I won't be in the city until a week later! When do they normally sell tickets through HipTix?
I just checked telecharge and it states that the box office will open on August 10th. I'm sure an official confirmation of the date will be released eventually.
I stand corrected ... I just called Roundabout and they said the $10 seats will be sold in person only on the first day the box office opens, and it is ALL seats in the house.
So they will be on sale August 10? I wonder how many tickets they will allow per person?
Thanks for calling and sharing that information, WestVillage. Good deal!
I wonder how early people are going to start lining up for this. Bring the coffee and bagels.
Well there's about 1,055 seats, I would hope not extremely early.
Thanks for the info WestVillage!
