Since she was the last person to be announced for Best Featured Actress in a Play (combined with the fact that she has such a small role), I was sure they left her out. As she had already gotten the nomination I really want her to win, I wasn't too bothered. Yet when they said Jan Maxwell I literally screamed out loud with joy. Loved, loved, LOVED Lend Me A Tenor, but she was by far the best thing about it. Just a ball of hilarity and accent and greatness. I'm certainly pulling for a double-win.
Very surprising considering her lack of professionalism over the Alec Baldwin incident. Went out of her way to scapegoat him for her being miscast -- wonder if she ever apologized.
I can see her winning for Tenor. She definitely deserves it.
She more than deserves it for Tenor. What a riot! I'd go back just to see her!

Wait, an actress departing a Roundabout production because she didn't like the person playing her brother? Sounds somewhat familiar.
