I've only had the pleasure to see Ms. Maxwell in Lend Me A Tenor, but she delivered every line with a wonderful comedic flourish.

Congrats on getting the same number of Tony nominations as The Addams Family! 
When I see the phrase "the ____ estate", I imagine a vast mansion in the country full of monocled men and high-collared women receiving letters about productions across the country and doing spit-takes at whatever they contain.

Maxwell is only the fourth person to pull this off and it is so well deserved. Whether she wins one, both or none she is one of the best actresses currently on Broadway and couldn't be more deserving.

My favorite performance of the season.

Couldn't agree more! HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to Ms. Maxwell, a true asset to the NY theatre community. SO PLEASED to see her receive a nomination for each of her terrific performances this season. She is a force of nature, and I look forward to seeing both of her acceptance speeches.
