Especially at a school like Juilliard they require their acting majors are required to take private voice for the first few years. Michael Arden has had vocal training.

To answer TyGuy19's original query that kicked off this thread, Michael discusses some of his current projects, like ''Easter Rising'' and a solo CD, in this Playbill.com interview from Dec. 2004. And if you check the archives of ''The Leading Men,'' there's an interview (April 2004) about his work on ''Bare.''

I love Michael. I saw him in Pippin at the concert, but I wish I could see the Reprise version. I would love to hear that cast.

All I see is BAREBAREBAREPIPPINBARE. Did any of you actually see him as Tom Sawyer in Big River? How was he? (I've only heard from one friend, who said he was way too over-the-top.)

hey sorry I know that this thread is quite old but didn't really want to start a new one...So just out of curiosity does anyone think that Michael will be part of next years 110 in the Shade with Audra because he was in the workshops...i realize that he's doing the bob Dylan musical...which i'm sure he's amazing in...but it would be awesome if he were a part of this...anyone have any clue???

I wish he would do 110 in the Shade. I actually have an interest in seeing that. I really could not care less about the Bob Dylan show, but I want to see it just for Michael
