Don't you feel that Hairspray is , not bad, but unbearably mediocre?

I almost said Piazza for least. I've really tried to get into the show, but I don't know where to start. I have the recording, but I don't really like what I've listened to.

Everyone seems to not like Mamma Mia. I saw it and I enjoyed it, It's not the best musical ever, but I thought it was halfway decent.

All of the people that listed Wicked as their favorite and Sweeney as their least favorite are just...dumb.
Gavroch are you god? LOL, i don't really care, i don't think Wicked is that great. But i didn't enjoy Sweeney. Definitly one of my least favs. And i went to see Sweeney totally convinced i would love it, besides i am a Patti Lupone fan, but it didn't work for me at all.

And liking Wicked over Sweeney Todd doesn't make you an idiot, it just means you have a different opinion. Why must we always bash the poor Wicked fans? They're not all overzealous twelve year old girls.

Judas, I'm with you on this one.
I want to get into Piazza so bad but the recording just doesn't attract me and neither does the story.

Musical_nerd, it takes a while to get in to Piazza- at least it did for me. I saw in in June, and while I thought the performences, music, sets, costumes, etc. were fantastic, I just couldn't get into the plot. I waited a few months, then in September I bought the recording for my mother's birthday (she loved it). She didn't stop listening to it for months. It was when I would listen to it in the car with her that I really began to love it- five months after I saw it.
