awh, the young crowd think '30 Rock' invented the concept of 'EGOT'. I've been an awards queen for a while now...it's always been there.

anyway. Miranda Sings should play the young version of Cher, the middle version of Cher can be played by Cher herself, and the older version by Carol Channing.

I dont see this working. Cher could win a Tony by doing a play, not some theme park pastiche of her life. Of course, I'd love it, but it sounds kinda silly. It's not gonna win her a Tony. Plus, she doesn't write her own songs, so its not like they actually document her life (ala Dolly).

This would have to be a limited run or its gonna tank hard.

Cher-just come to Broadway and act the sh*# out of a meaty dramatic role.

There is no information which should lead you to believe this will happen in the current season or at all. This thread was started nine months ago with no updates to the info.
