Amazon.com has put up their 30 second track previews for each one of the tracks on the two disc Chicago: 10th Anniversary CD. The Kander and Ebb demos sound absolutely wonderful and although the pop orchestration is questionable, Liza Minnelli's "My Own Best Friend" is from better days, thank God.
Link? I cannot find it anywhere on amazon...

I'm sure bryan will be adding this to his collection.
Thanks!
What did you search for? I searched for EVERYTHING under the sun, and it never came up.
Unfortunately, I can't listen to the previews...
I still like the London revival cast recording a lot better, but I guess I'm getting this for the DVD...

I looked it up on Talkin Broadway. So, I cheated.
What is the DVD even of?
Who are the people singing on the second CD? I recognized Ute Lemper and Jerry Orbach(?), but that's about it.
EDIT: Never mind, I found the list. :)

Brooke Shields sings Roxie
Lynda "wonder woman" Carter sings When You're Good to Momma
John O'Hurley sings All I Care About
Bianca Morroquin sings the 3 Spanish songs
Chita and Gwen sing Nowadays
Liza sings I Am My Own Best Friend
There really isn't much knew here. Which is a waste I think.
But of course I'll still buy it.
No Caroline O'Connor?
I'm purchasing for the DVD as well. Someone here listed it's contents earlier, but I can't find the thread in the search engine. It has interviews with casts and crews, clips from the original and the like.
Lynda "wonder woman" Carter sings When You're Good to Momma
Well NOW I have a reason to buy it!
This is so not a waste. This is a special release for the real CHICAGO fans. A beautiful box set. RENT didn't do anything like this. We are very lucky.
Brooke sounds good on her ROXIE, can't wait to hear the full thing.
do you happen to know what the DVD holds?
As far as i kno wthe DVD is a documentary on the creation of Chicago, with interviews from the writers, and past cast members. I'm not too sure how long or in depth its gonna be.
I still cant find this on Amazon
