Chita Men at Splash tonight

Join us tonight as the male cast of Broadway's "Chita Rivera, The Dancers Life" performs live at 10:30PM. There will be a raffle for FREE tickets to the show - plus, if you aren't lucky enough to win tickets, you will be able to purchase tickets at a discount from cast members. And you never know - Chita might even stop by. ++++ Afterwards, join DJ Randy Bettis & Peppermint as they swirl up the sweetest party in NYC “Candyland” with special guest performance by KoKo Aviance!

The Chita Men are going to perform a special skit written just for the evening at Splash. It's going to be hilarious. 10:30 is the show; 11:00 is the raffle

Members of the cast from CHITA RIVERA: THE DANCER'S LIFE will be at Splash Monday February 6th starting at 8pm. Alex Sanchez, Lloyd Culbreath, Edgard Gallardo, Richard Montoya, & Richard Amaro are performing, Deirdre Goodwin, Maddie Kelly, Allyson Tucker Mitchell & Lainie Sakakura are handling the ticket request forms,

Prizes: 1st prize is a framed poster signed by the cast, meet Chita after the show and have your picture taken with her. 2nd prize is a framed 8x10 signed picture of her in 4 shows. 3rd prize is poster signed by the cast. 4th prize is a signed headshot of Chita and 5 chances for the 5th prize, a signed Chita T-shirt that the boys had been wearing all night

i stage doored Chita's show yesterday afternoon and the dancers were all late coming out b/c they were rehearsing for tonight's show at Splash. i really wish i could go.

I'm wondering if the producers have enough money to keep it open until the Tony nominations are announced. I imagine they asked to be considered a new musical rather than a special event as they believe they'll get a gazillion nominations that way and then can ride out the publicity in hopes it will give them a boost. Alas, I don't think they're going to get anywhere near the amount of nominations they think they're going to.

It was a fun night; this was a stages phota after the show, the rest were, taken during the show. next time show up at something if your going to attack it.

I also love posters who critique a show they have never seen.

Oh screw you. I'm critiquing that photo, nothing else. Personally, I think giving the boys underwear with the show's logo on it and then having them drop trou in a gay bar to advertise it is the worst kind of tacky. And THAT is EXACTLY what they are doing in that photo.
