Thank you for this. Also, though it’s not listed on Amazon, there will be an audiobook edition read by Chita herself. It’s unabridged and runs almost 14 hours. These autobiographies are best when read by the authors as they infuse their personalities into every word.

For those interested, Chita will be in conversation with Harvey Fierstein at the Bardavon in Poughkeepsie, NY on Sunday the 30th. Every ticket comes to just over $50 with fees included, and includes a signed copy of her memoir. I’ll be there and can’t wait.
