What's some choreography you've witnessed on the stage that eaither left you speechless or roaring loudly. A few of my favorites:
"Step In Time" and "Jolly Holiday" from Mary Poppins.
"One" from A Chorus Line.
"I Wanna Be a Producer" and **"Springtime For Hitler" from The Producers.
"Kansasland" and "Thataway!" from Curtains.
Not so much the choreography, but the staging of "Show Off" from The Drowsy Chaperone.
"Voulez-Vous" from Mamma Mia! There was a lot of other really amazing choreography, but I don't remember the names of the songs in particular.
Who's That Woman? from Follies, although that show is quite old.
"Broadway Melody"- Singin' in the Rain
"Prehistoric Man"-On the Town (The Movie) (ANN MILLER ROCKS!)
"Me Ol' Bamboo"-Chitty Chitty Bang Bang (The Movie)
"With A Little Bit of Luck"- My Fair Lady National Tour
Step In Time- Mary Poppins
42nd Street-(I about crapped myself when the stairs rolled out)
"Cold Feets"-The Drowsy Chaperone
"Toot Sweets"-Chitty Chitty Bang Bang (THE MOVIE)
"Marian, The Librarian"-The Musica Man
"SHIPOOPI"-The Music Man
"Be Our Guest"-Beauty and the Beast
"Push Da Button"-The Color Purple
"Step in Time" from MARY POPPINS.

"Steam Heat" in the recent PAJAMA GAME revival.
All of FOSSE.
All of CONTACT.
"Forget About the Boy" and the title song from THOROUGHLY MODERN MILLIE.
Every single second of MOVIN' OUT. The greatest choreography I have ever seen.
HAIRSPRAY features some really wonderful, energetic, and often show stopping choreography.
"I'm a Brass Band" from SWEET CHARITY with Gwen Verdon. That revival was just a mess.
The original choreography of WEST SIDE STORY. Every dance is a gem
The title song of HELLO, DOLLY.
The title song of ANYTHING GOES (the Patti LuPone revival).

The whole Take of With Us number the movie All That Jazz

Patti Columbo's CHALLENGE DANCE in the recent SEVEN BRIDES FOR SEVEN BROTHERS tour that Papermill did! THe best choreography I have seen in more than a decade hands down. The rest of the show was amazing as well.. but that number really was built prefectly.. told a story and literally exploded off the stage.
LET HER DO MORE IN NYC! WHY SHOULD L.A. HAVE ALL THE FUN!

A few numbers in Barnum

"Bitch of Living" - I thought it was a beautifully crafted piece. It represented teen angst perfectly.
The entire choreography /blocking of the "Sweeney Todd" Revival. How everything was a mess, but would end up with these beautiful stage pictures, and how they kept using and reusing the set.
Also, "Movin Out" was so engaging and stunning the entire time.
I totally agree with Flaunt It, Seven Brides For Seven Brothers had the best choreography I have ever seen...I also really like the What You Want number from Legally Blonde
Turkey Lurkey!!

Anytime people tap dance in unison (a la Drowsy's "Cold Feets"), I'm happy.

I'm sure there's a bunch that I'm leaving out, but the first thing that comes to mind is Curtis Holbrook's tap number in Xanadu.
