What a wonderful Christmas present. Thrilled to see Christopher Tierney is on his way to a recovery.

What a truly wonderful Christmas present.
I didn't know until this thread popped up. Good news.
Is he walking the same way Artie on GLEE is now walking?

Haven't watched Glee at all this season, so I'm pretty clueless as to what that means.
And uncageg, thanks. Sorry to bother you, Theaterdiva.
I am glad to hear this, but could we please give the man and his family some privacy and decency. This all feels oddly like PR for Spiderman.
He is a dancer and he has a long road ahead of him. Let's keep him in our thoughts and prayers and hopefully Taymor and the Spiderman machine will not exploit him.
"Walking for Christmas" is so emotionally manipulative.

Does "walking for Christmas" appear anywhere but in this thread title?
Well, the phrase "walking for Christmas" itself now appears on this page 13 times.
I'm even thinking of making it my screenname.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if "Walking for Christmas" isn't the title of next year's Hallmark Hall of Fame Xmas special.

As long as there's an evil villainess named Julie in it!

i'm sorry if this has been mentioned before, but what exactly happened to his spine that required surgery? does anyone know?
it was reported that he broke ribs, an elbow, and fractured his skull, but nothing about those injuries screams with needing back surgery. i'm glad he's walking again though! happy christmas to him!

LOL Namo, that's pretty brilliant. Speaking of which, I have a good friend who works at Hallmark's HQ in Kansas City. I'll mention that to him and see what he says. Could be an inspirational holiday story for them. Broadway themed of course.
sunday, you may want to read near the end of the other Spider-Man threads or look at the BWW articles there went up about it.
I'm very glad he's healing.

I'd say turn about is fair play. Would it be too much to ask the musical comedy queens, who repeatedly post here, and company stop exploiting Christopher Tierney to attack Julie Taymor and Spider-Man?
I didn't know. Thank God for the good news!

Haven't had a chance to get online, but you guys are a riot. I guess the holiday spirit got to me when I read it. Bah humbug.
