I just got off the phone with telecharge so that I could exchange my september 3 tickets for August 27.
There is NO official announcement that has been made that says it will be closing a week earlier. All of telecharge is still informed that the show is running until september 3. They told me if they get word, they will email or call in order to give a ticket refund/switch. But, up till now, Broadway.com is the only site that has made this announcement.
Weird, because you think that telecharge would be informed if this were happening. Although I always trust Broadway.com, right now, I am not sure. When it is released on other sites, I will believe it. But, from what I have learned, DRS WILL play thru September 3.

I think it will still be on September 3. I don't know where Broadway.com is getting there info, but something is off.

on the DRS page on the site, they still have "closing: august 27th" (or was it the 29th?) and have an article that says "headline: drs to close week earlier" or something like that
guess they took it down...

I'm confused. Broadway.com is a reliable source but now WithoutATrace says they're still selling through 9/3 (and I doubt he's lying).

yeah, broadway.com has been unreliable a few times in the past
i usually wait till either broadwayworld or playbill says something- they've always been reliable

ill also wait a couple more days, but i bet theyre gonna go till the 3rd
