Her vampire powers allow one to hear her sing even without a link.

If Russell can glamour his way into Into the Woods, Jessica sure can.

I find it hard to believe Jessica can be even better than she already is.

She was on My Name is Earl once, too. I like this scene.

Rutina Wesley sings Take Me or Leave Me
"The gods who nurse this universe think little of mortals' cares. They sit in crowds on exclusive clouds and laugh at our love affairs. I might have had a real romance if they'd given me a chance. I loved him, but he didn't love me. I wanted him, but he didn't want me. Then the gods had a spree and indulged in another whim. Now he loves me, but I don't love him." - Cole Porter

Those are hilarious! Next thing you know, Russell will try to sing "No One Is Alone".

Wow! Just wow! Love her voice! Beautiful, talented actress and now this! (She'd be a great Nellie Forbush.)

I liked her before, but this week's episode... wow. Her scene with "Hoyt" was probably the best and most heartfelt acting in all 5 years of "True Blood."

I love that she can sing!
Jpbran, I agree completely. I was tearing up during her glamoring Hoyt scene.
I'd love to see her do . . . well, just about anything.

Finally got to listen to it.
Could you imagine if she could replace Amy as Baker's Wife if Amy can't transfer with it? Minds will be blown.

I love the idea of her as the Baker's Wife! She's so incredibly talented, I hope she goes on to have a great career (and make musicals) post TRUE BLOOD.
"Some people can thrive and bloom living life in a living room, that's perfect for some people of one hundred and five. But I at least gotta try, when I think of all the sights that I gotta see, all the places I gotta play, all the things that I gotta be at"

She'd be an okay (but a little too young) Baker's Wife. But how crazy would it be to have Russell and Jessica together?
