Posted: 3/1/05 at 11:18pmI haven't tried the lottery, however I do know that on a random Thursday in mid-February, there wasn't a SINGLE person that did the lottery...Therefore, the resounding answer to "are there as many people as the Wicked lottery?" is NO. This show is getting more and more popular and word is spreading quickly -- also look out for what will probably be excellent reviews the day after tomorrow, which certainly won't hurt attendance at all.

I've been to the lotto at Wicked when it seemed as though every person in New York turned up.
The DRS lotto isn't that busy *yet*, but last time I was there the guy said they were doing very well because of all the breaks.

I went two weeks ago (and won) with only about 50 people there. Like everyone else has said, it's bound to get even busier so go as soon as possible.
And yes, please admire the hotness and sweetness of the cute British lottery man. :)

Speaking of the DRS lotto...Are they going to have one tomorrow for opening night? I know they did for Wicked. If they will, I'm almost tempted to make a run up there and give it a go (even though I just saw the show on Monday!)
