Coming to town and thinking of seeing a show on opening night. I typically stage door but I have never been on opening night. Just wondering...

Posted: 6/23/12 at 10:35pmI was at shreks, which was a closed opening, and they all did including Sutton, but thats also likly because they dont think anyone will be there since its mostly friends, family, and theater insiders in the audience. Also realise that it takes like 5 times longer though due to press.

Posted: 6/23/12 at 10:49pmdo you realize its not always possible to GET tickets to an opening night. They are not put on sale like regular tickets. They find out how many they MIGHT have to sell after they get tickets to friends, families and producers -- and its a crap shoot when they release what happens to still be left.
