I'm takin a date who's hardcore baptist and i don't want her to get offended by anything in the show
Chaperone is not for your date then. Maybe you shouldn't take the date to any theatre event, as there might be homosexuals there and it may offend him/her.

no its not i was just wondering if there was anything questionable in the show? she's enjoyed shows before
It depends on how you define "questionable".

Well, at least she'll be a good beard.

can you go into detial?
How hardcore are we talking? Aldolpho does seduce the Chaperone, which is sex-out-of-wedlock, but it's done very as OTT comedy and I wouldn't feel at all embarrassed about taking a young child to see the show. But then, a child and a hardcore Baptist are two VERY different creatures. :P
Take her to a taping of the 700 club.
Love IS always lovely IN THE END!!!
It's one of the songs . . . .
hmmmm . . . . .
questionable . . . . .
What shows has she seen already and liked?
We need a learning curve here.

Wait till the revival of Godspell.
There is the Asian number. Which is so politically incorrect and funny as all get out!
If she's a hardcore baptist, you're not getting any after the show anyway, so who cares if she gets offended?
**joke!!!**
Oh, she'll laugh at the Asian/Caucasian number. To be sure.
But the questionable sexuality of our host and narrator Man In Chair?
Good luck, chuckles.
Unless she's cool with "alleged" as opposed to "overt."
I myself am a Baptist and there is a couple of little refrences to some bad stuff it's mostly just funny! As long as she can stand homosexuality it's fine for her!

Yes, but she's not fine for us.

Maybe a G-rated movie might be better. I don't think Broadway's the place for a gal with her sort of values.

And don't forget the spit takes...
And everyone knows spit takes always lead to sex.
If she takes offence to anything in this she will never be entertained. So to answer your question, no.
I took my children (4 and 10) to see it...20 times.
If there were anything "objectionable" in it, I wouldn't have taken them even once.
