Not as far as I know, but rear mezz seats are regularly priced at $26.50.

Actually, they do -- my cousin saw the show on a general rush ticket over the weekend.

This info comes from him, so I can't vouch for his accuracy but according to him: "they have the $26.50 seats in the rear mezz, but they also have $36.50 general rush in better locations. Limit two per customer, day of the performance, cash or credit card, available when the BO opens."

I went to Normal Heart tonight, and they still had rush tickets (back orchestra) available at 7:30pm!!

Where do the seats tend to be for their rush? I'm debating if I should wait and do it or go ahead and buy off TDF for next weekend. Thanks!

What time did you get there? I'm flying in specifically to see this, and I'm trying to decide if I should buy a ticket in advance or wait until I get there and rush.

The other week I walked up to th box office an hour and a half before curtain and got a rear mezz. seat. I was fine with it but it wasn't full up there so they let us move down and I sat in row B of the rear mezz. Great seat.

Wow, big difference from the fifth-row orchestra seats people were getting a few weeks ago -- that's great, though, it means they're selling well, I guess. Did you get there close to curtain, too?

Has anyone tried the rush recently? How about the $26.50 rear mezz seats, are those still easy to get the day of the show?

You're better off just trying to get the $26.50 rear mezz seats.

vdf88 depends. I tried to get them for the Tuesday night performance and they were sold out, but they had some for Wednesday night that I just purchased then and there.
