Its one of the best shows on Broadway.

Well I guess people do care. :) And the apostrophe in does is related to my taking Theraflu, and being in a fog when I wrote this.
Everyone I have taken to this show loves it. I am bringing a group in March (about 40 people) and I hope someone in my group gets to be a speller. Definitely a great show! I also love the new sentences about the participants that Lisa and Greg make up.

If you tell people who sign up spellers that you are with a group of 40, atleast one of your group will get selected. It makes for exciting theatre to have so many people in the audience cheering on a guest speller.
Yeah, I know. I just have to make sure that I can get the group there with enough time to sign up (they usually run into the theater about 5 mins before showtime, and to be a speller they are usually selecting between 7:30 and 7:45 for an 8:00 show (and 7:45 is even pushing it...)

Oh for God's Sake (as Barfee would say) can't they get their act together so your group can have this unique experience. I haven't heard about one guest speller regardless of how jaded or cynical--that didn't pronounce being one of the guest spellers--as being a highlight of their lives...
Set their watches ahead....
Let us know...
I'm gonna try my best, but when flying in that afternoon, it is hard to be on a schedule...

You are flying in with 40 people just to see The Bee-??---The show should appreciate that.
Where are you coming from?
I'm not flying in, I live in the city. I have a group coming from Colorado and CA (though the CA people are taking a redeye in, it's just the CO group that comes in later). I'm in charge of the shows they go see each year. This year is SB and DRS. Last year was Wicked and Producers. Year before was Wicked and Hairspray.
Katecab- Are you in NYC now? We need to go see the show together!!
liotte - hopefully i'll be a full-time resident in the next few months. but for now i'm in at least once, maybe twice a week - we definitley need to meet up and go!
In answer to the question posed, nope
Roxy, may i inquire as to why?
"Actually, I'm a kid (15 years old) and I didn't really like Wicked. It was good, but far from being great."
QMAN03, you are our future!!! Hallelujah.
Roxy, I also want to know why your response is so negative.
I'm hoping they choose one of my kids also -- we have 50 people going next Thursday.
I loved it... won the lottery after my second chance. I'm sorry I didn't get to see Dan Fogler, but still, was such a great experience. They even give the winners these cute buttons saying "Beeing here is w-i-n-n-i-n-g".
Just because a show isn't discussed doesn't mean that people don't care or that it's faltering.
Tomas Marx, I noticed that when you start a thread it's usually to throw some negative slant at a show.
I really wanna see this show, the 3,000 mile comute would be a killer though.
my favorite show on Broadway right now???
I CARE!!!!!!
I'll be in NYC and going to see "Bee" on Sunday evening but I am hearing that Dan Fogler is still out doing his movie ...Please tell me I'm wrong.
I definitely care!
No one mentions Piazza all that much either, but both shows are still going strong.

Jason F-- Just let them know you are with a huge group. They actually ask how many people you have come with and are partial towards those with a built in following-- As Liotte said, you need to get there early enough to be interviewed and considererd.
They have developed a great screening process but last minute arrivals take themselves out of the running.
Good luck!!
