Looking back, some of these nominations are weird.

Anyhoo

I think Gavin Lee is going to win featured actor in a musical. If Christian Borle wins, I will be so upset. The whole show of Legally Blonde I found to be annoying and lack luster, and I think Borle has a nice voice. But...what a lame character. What a lame musical.

Which is weird of me to say because I ADORE the movie

I don't think Gavin Lee SHOULD win but I think he will.

Annd hold on. I think I was so happy that aaron lazar got a nomination I didn't even pay attention to the rest of them,so forgive me when I say: Christine Ebersole wasn't nominated?

Grey Gardens was nominated for last year's Drama Desks. and Christine won.

Anna.. If I'm not mistaken, it was off-Broadway last year and transferred this season.

Right. It was off-Broadway last year. It was eligible for all awards BUT the Tonys.

This year, it's on Broadway. Eligible for ONLY the Tonys.

I think Gavin Lee is the only competition for David Pittu in this category. I really hope Gavin wins it since he won't be bringing home the Tony

Damn, I really should have gone with some of my gut instincts. I thought there would be some surprises like Liev over Langella. Also I have NO idea why I picked Crudup to win over Gaines when everyone knew Gaines was going to win. Oh well, 17 ain't bad. I think I will have more right at the Tonys. Well done Munk!
