Saw the show in Baltimore - and while I didn't pay to see it since I am working for the theatre right now - thought it was great, cast and show overall. Very nice people as well.
And if she'll say, "My darling, I'm yours!" I'll throw away my striped tie and my best pressed tweed, all I really need is the girl...

I've loved Sarah Litzsinger since Amour and Keith Byron Kirk is a force of nature. I bet this is a wonderful production.
On a related note, has anybody seen the production of Evita at NJPAC? I have been offered free tickets and was hoping to get some feedback before I accept.

Let's go fight with the woman who asked us "Have you seen any show on Broadway lately?" at the Al Hirschielf(sp?) theatre.

hmm, sounds like an interesting show. How would you compare it to the movie?

i think the musical didn't translate well into a movie...i think Evita was probably Madonna's best work. But the show is like the "real thing" i think it was a master piece on stage. The movie just didn't work for me. The movie was long and boring...the musical was actually less than 2 hs. long. It went by very fast. Don't miss this touring company...it was excellent.
