Posted: 11/29/05 at 12:57amHonestly, I'm more excited about Stephanie that I am about Eden Espinosa. Not to turn this thread in a Stephanie v. Eden though. I can't wait to see Stephanie, especially because she was Schwartz' choice for Elphaba, she must have lots to give to the role. I'm glad she's not doing the Broadway show because 1.She wouldn't be coming to FL if she started Broadway on Jan.10th, 2.Because she deserves more than Wicked, she needs to start developing new material now that she's caused great attention doing Liza and Elphaba.

Posted: 11/29/05 at 1:04amwell...Eden is just perfect in the role..i heard her songs and she did an amazing job!!! still....i bought tix for the show in FTL so...i am excited to see Stephanie.

gah derrick williams was just AWFUL...i am honestly dissapointed to see him moving onto teh NY stage...(in my opinion i never saw fiyero as a R&B role anyway)
also...i really really really thin Jenna LG should move to NY as nessa...anyone with me on this?

Posted: 11/29/05 at 10:19amThis is the best new I've ever heard. Eden is amazing, I saw her in SF. She's the sweetest person, and so wonderful to her fans. I'm beyond excited. I'm elated, floored,on cloud nine, through the roof happy.I was hoping that she would be Sho's replacemnet, which is ironic, since Sho was her replacement. Eden will do a great job. I have too add: her and Derrick have AMAZING chemistry. Congrats Eden!

Finally, I can return to Wicked.
Eden was very good when I saw her...and she didn't even know she was going on until like a half hour before curtain.
Idina: Somehow I got myself to the stage, came out at the end of the show, and I had some kind of closure.
