Has anyone who's seen Rent lately noticed Diana Kaarina in the ensemble? I think I read that she joined the show recently. I absolutely loved her in Les Mis, and would love to see her in Rent.

She was on as Mark's mom the entire weekend of the snowstorm. She was pretty great. She's also the swing/understudy for Maureen and Mimi, after Caren.

Wow I cannot see her as Mimi at all! It would be great to see her as either of these characters though! I guess I'll be seeing Rent for the third time of the year!

Manley was my second, but first on B'way. When compared to Joey Fatone (who on top of what I thought was a mediocre performance had a really bad cold), he stole the show. Far better than the others I've seen :).
