no one over 30 please.
How random. Is it a form of dating roulette or is he asking for head shots to weed out the ugly ones?
Did you find a suitable cheap, young date? The people must know!
I was assuming (hoping) that the "under 30" stipulation was a joke!

He may not have been joking, Rattlestick does have an under 30 discount that requires ID.

well, im 23 so sorry, not a old queen looking for a young trick. and the show was really good.
Would have gone with, but got a ticket for tomorrow! Can't wait.
Hey, anyone happen to go last night? If so, can you tell me the running time? I hate to be that guy, but I'm wondering if I need to run home to walk the dog before the show or if I'll be home early enough.

According to the out-of-town reviews, the show was running 90 minutes no intermission when it was out-of-town. It's too bad Rattlestick is one of the few theaters that don't show the running time on their web site.
I found a review in the LA Times and it lists the running time as 90 mins. I'm guessing it'll be about the same for the NYC production. The Rattlestick has very little info on their site. Not even the cast is listed.
You beat me to it, steve!
Looks like we'll all be seeing the show tonight. Are either of you guys under 30?
I went last night. It's 90mins. We were out by like 9:30ish.
I loved the Whale and was really excited to see a new play by Hunter, but I was really, really bored. There's little to no plot. And the subject matter, to me, just wasn't interesting at all. The performances are all great. And the direction is fine, if a bit slow moving, and the design is great. But there was just nothing there to pull me into the show. It's one of those shows where everyone talks in stilted sentences as to not give away too much information. So they slowly reveal secrets, etc. After awhile I just wanted them to complete their sentences already! ha.
