Ok guys, so I had the chance a couple of years ago to visit Helsinki Finland, and while there, I was able to visit the Helsinki Theatre Academy. Here are my observations... first of all, yes, there are not many black people at all in Finland. My best friend is black, and she felt soooo out of place, but she did like the attention from the Finnish people. Second of all, there are not many fat people in Finland at all. I maybe saw like 3 people that were out of shape (okay, that might be stretching it a bit). They eat smaller portions than us Americans, and do a lot more walking. The Theatre Academy focuses strongly on being physically fit. The actors have to run 5 miles every morning under a certain time limit. So I can see why they don't have as big of a Tracy as we do, or that they don't have as many black actors.
