I don't know anything about this production, but I just thought I'd identify it as being in Finnish and performed at a theater in Helsinki (the capital of Finland).

Upon further research, it looks like this is a legal production. There's an article in the Akron Beacon Journal about the current U.S. tour when it was playing in Cleveland in June, and it mentions that a number of other productions are set to open, in Finland, Australia, and Vegas:
