sigh.... Thank you for the "www1" trick. I was so focused on trying to grab my tickets that I missed seeing this until after the fact. At 9:59 when the map was showing there were 4 front row mezz right tickets available, then they shut the map off. I finally accepted 4 tickets in row B center so my 7 year old only needs to dodge on head in front of her. Then I saw your message! hahahah oh well too late because I got the tickets AND those 4 front row mezz are gone. Will use the tip in the future though!
Ticketmaster phone app sucked. Everything showed sold out. Went online and able to secure tickets.
While I was hesitating and picking dates, the standard admission went from $145 to $189, so I'll sit out for now...

If you go directly through Ticketmaster and search there it gives you the option to pick your seats. If you go through the link on the Frozen website it doesn't let you. Just got a pair for the end of April

Weekday seats are the lower prices. Were you switching between days and that is when the price changed, or did the same seat/day you chose increase in price?

Bought orchestra tickets for late may. Figure I can sell them if I'm not excited about it by then. Really don't like Ticketmaster not letting me pick my seats though!

All of them increased in price for the same days/seats without even reloading the page.
Ok, I feel a little better, I went back on with the map view and not seeing any better tickets for the date I want to go, Sunday, May 13. The side and front Mezz seats are now more expensive too so the price did change from 45 minutes ago. I thought they don't raise the price due to demand?

Demand is literally what influences dynamic pricing...
Wanted to bring my students, and just called to order. Was told that they couldn't guarantee my order for about a week until the theatre confirmed it. I feel like they're just waiting to see demand which puts a sour taste in my mouth. Gonna pick another show just in case. Maybe Spongebob.

That is awful! I did not know that they did that . I did notice that some orchestra side seats that were $117.50 during presale were $137.50 today. I thought maybe they had adjusted due to location.
Well, I was on the fence for $140ish, so the increase sealed the deal as far as me waiting... I'll just wait and hopefully buy a last-minute premium seat the moment it downgrades to regular price... or not.
The weekend prices are INSANE. Tuesday and Wednesday are the only days with what I would say are reasonable prices..and even those are high.

Doesn't always work (tickets can disappear from you if you don't buy proceed to checkout quickly) ... but it's helped me out several times."
Seriously want to buy you a drink for this tip. Will definitely be using that on all further ticket purchases from TicketMonster...awesome!
Marquee work is already beginning!

Seats for my Wednesday night ticket have not increased yet, so I guess I am not going to a high demand show. Still $117.50 for front mezz side. Hopefully prices will not keep going up.
I didn't have any trouble buying tickets just now (about 12pm) on the map despite the website running just a tad slow. There was a nice option on Ticketmaster that gave you a list of shows with the Best Availability. It looks like a lot of the mid-week performances still have plenty of scattered seats. I got two for March in the front row of the balcony for $79, though that section seems to jump to $99 depending on the date.
I was iffy about the prices during the presale so to hear they went up is disappointing. I'm holding off until I hear how the show is.

Could it be that they aren't being sold yet? I find it hard to believe tons of people calling right at 10am asking for box seats like I did. (I'm going by myself, don't mind the slight partial view, and wanted a cheaper ticket)
Box seats are often only available to purchase in person at the box office. That was my experience with Hamilton.
"
Thanks. That makes sense. I was hoping since there literally is no box office right now that they would be available over the phone. Grabbed an orch ticket to the first preview just to have something.

Idk if this will help anyone, but there is a Friday during previews that has tickets for weekday prices. It's march 2 at 8 pm. Idk why it's just that Friday that has cheaper prices, but there are still $79 and $117 seats available.
Ticket purchased for Wednesday, March 7, 2018. Truth be told, I don't usually like to buy this far in advance, but I couldn't resist $117.50 for the front row of the mezzanine. It was a no-brainer.
I got my ticket for March 13! I'm very excited.

Purchased two orchestra streets for March 15 for $117 - was looking at April and May options and same seats were significantly higher.
