I saw Barbara Walters and Nancy Pelosi at Hair. Not at the same time, different shows.

I saw Randy Travis at Blood Brothers many years ago. During intermission he was just standing and stretching his legs by his seat and we wondered if it was really him. Then someone came up to him and asked for his autograph so we figured we were right.
Matthew Perry on Guys and Dolls last weekend.
Frank Langella at Hair, Glenn Close at Speed-the-Plow, Jerry Stiller at... Speed-the-Plow. But back in October.
Joan Rivers was at God of Carnage on 14th April.
Also, closing performance of Curtains: Christine Ebersole, Victor Garber.
Opening night of Curtains: Rhea Perlman & Danny DeVito, Tyne Daly, Nathan Lane.
At Prelude To A Kiss a year or so again I recognised David Lee, one of the co-creators of 'Frasier'. I happened to have the S11 box set in my possession (had only bought and watched parts of it the previous day). I took it along for John Mahoney to autograph it, so I got two for the price of one.
Marian Seldes - 33 Variations
Mario Cantone - Liza's at the Palace
Martin Short - Dame Edna: Back With a Vengeance
Marvin Hamlisch - Liza's at the Palace (different performance)
Steve Sondheim - Gypsy (final LuPone)
Arthur Laurents - Gypsy (final LuPone)
Caroline Rhea - 9 to 5 (first preview; didn't attend myself)
Probably a few more that I cannot remember. Martin Short was a real asshole, by the way. My mom did not say a word to him and he gave her the look of death. She used to be quite a fan of his. Now you couldn't pay her to go see him. I love her strength of conviction.

I saw Tobey Maguire, Zac Efron & DeeSnider at Rock Of Ages - on different days.
Norm Lewis sat a few seats away from me at the final performance of [title of show].
In recent months, I saw Ben Brantley at one of the last Road Show previews. I saw Sondheim face to face at the last LuPone Gypsy, and of course saw him take the stage with Arthur Laurents at the end.
What surprised the hell out of me was that I saw NOBODY famous or mildly well known at the Sondheim-Frank Rich evening at Avery Fisher in January. I sat in good seats too. I thought for sure I'd see someone, especially after learning who was there. Strange.

I saw Jenna Russell and Hannah Waddingham at Young Frankenstein back in July.
They both stood right in front of me in the concessions line. It was cool, but I was too nervous to say anything.
(I regret that...)
At Young Frankenstein a couple weeks before the show closed, I was waiting in line at intermission to go to the bathroom, and when I walk up to the stall...I see Andrea Martin.

9 to 5 First Preview, I sat right in back of Jeff Bowen, Hunter Bell, and Michael Berresse. Caroline Rhea was somewhere in the Orchestra, apparently. At Young Frankenstein's third preview, Gary Beach was there, and at a random Sunday night performance of In the Heights, I saw Kelli O'Hara. I saw Heidi Blickenstaff, Steven Shwatrz, and a ton of other celebrities at Cry Baby's opening night, and I saw Doug Wright at Soul of Shaolin's Closing Night.
I was sitting about 4 rows back from Nancy Pelosi at Hair on March 13th.
John Stamos and Audra McDonald were at Hair today.
I sat literally the seat right behind John Stamos today at HAIR. It was really exciting. He seemed to really enjoy the show, but the people he was with kept on getting up and down to go out and the come back in. It got sort of annoying but whatever. I'm mad that I didn't see Audra McDonald!
