I have a soft spot for Mushnik and Tevye, because after playing Seymour and Motel, I had to have a strong stage chemistry with the actors playing those father figures.
Also Wilbur Turnblad reminds me a little of my dad, so I love him too.

Posted: 6/19/05 at 4:50amBecause I'm completely possessed with Ragtime these days, I shall go solely with Tateh. I can't think of a more unconditionally loving father. Even when he became a successful director, it was still all about his daughter.

Georges (La Cage aux Folles)
Tevye
Billy Bigelow
The Baker
The King of Siam
Jean Valjean
I think Tevye's probably Number 1, for me, though.

Caractacus, Alfred P..
CapnHook, I know you like Peter Pan a lot, but why did you pick Mr. Darling? I've never noticed there being a lot to him.

Tateh, Tevye and Mushnik - all Jewish daddies!
Valjean also wins the prize. Ooh, and ya gotta love Belle's dad from Beauty and the Beast.
